    Studios, locations and company

    Added
    • Add the studios you work from as locations, each with its own address, phone, opening hours and status.
    • See and adjust each studio on a map - drag the pin to place it exactly where it is.
    • Assign artists to the studios they work at, and mark each artist's primary location.
    • Your account is now a company that can run more than one studio - registration asks for your company name.

    Back-office redesign and real-time

    • A refreshed, consistent workspace: a single account menu and sidebar navigation on every page.
    • Choose exactly which parts of your name - first name, surname and nickname - are shown publicly, and in what order.
    • A redesigned profile editor with a live preview of your public name and clearer publishing controls.
    • See who is online in your studio at a glance.
    • The team page now updates live - sent invitations and newly joined members appear instantly, without refreshing.

    • Acknowledging the data-use notice no longer loses your publish action.

    Artist profiles

    • Artists can build their own profile with a name, bio, specialties and social links, and choose exactly which details are shown publicly.
    • Every published artist gets their own public page on your studio's site, showing only the details they chose to share.
    • Review and acknowledge a short data-use notice before publishing your profile.

    Account security and settings

    • Manage your profile and preferences - display name, nickname, language and theme - from a new account settings page.
    • Protect your account with two-factor authentication using an authenticator app, with one-time recovery codes as a backup.
    • See where you are signed in and sign out of a single device, or everywhere at once.

    • Fixed the browser tab icon so the Runavel mark shows crisply.

    Runavel gets a face

    • Runavel now has its own site - a first look at the studio software that is on the way.

    Studio accounts, secure sign-in and team invitations

    Added
    • Every studio is now its own account, with its data kept separate from every other studio.
    • Studio owners sign in securely by magic link or password, with email confirmation and password reset.
    • Owners can invite artists to their studio by email; an invited artist joins as a member from a one-time link.
    • Role-based access: owners get an admin area, members get a dashboard, and each studio only ever sees its own data.
