The questions studios actually ask.
Is there a free plan?
No. There is a free trial, and after it every studio is on a paid plan. A free tier would mean the studios that pay are funding the ones that do not.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, from inside the app. Stripe works out the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down is refused only if you are already over the smaller plan's limit, and it tells you which one and by how much.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at the end of the period you have paid for. Nothing is deleted when you do, and you can export everything first.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep your data and your public page, and you can finish the bookings already in the diary. You cannot create new ones until the account is paid again. A studio that has paid before is restricted, not locked out.
Do you take a cut of what my clients pay me?
No. Runavel never touches money between a studio and its client. Deposits and payments are recorded here and collected by you, however you already collect them.
